As part of our ongoing commitment to educational excellence, our school recently concluded another round of professional development (PD) training. This termly initiative is designed to equip our faculty with the latest tools and knowledge to enhance our students’ learning experience.

This year’s PD kicked off with a three-day intensive session led by T-TEL, a leading NGO supporting the government's new educational reform. Their expertise provided valuable insights into the evolving educational landscape and how we can align our practices accordingly.

The fourth day of the training featured a dynamic presentation by Dr. Bismack Owusu Sekyere. His morning session focused on the crucial interplay between technology and business processes, emphasizing how we can optimize our operations for maximum productivity and profitability. Dr. Sekyere also delved into the significance of loyalty in fostering a positive and collaborative school environment. In the afternoon, he explored the concept of emotional intelligence and its impact on effective teaching and leadership.

To round off the week, we had inspiring pep talks from our head of school and the IB and IG program coordinators. Their words of encouragement and support reinforced our shared commitment to student success.

We believe that this PD has been instrumental in broadening our pedagogical horizons and equipping us to meet the challenges and opportunities of the modern educational landscape. We are excited to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during this training to create an even more enriching learning environment for our students.
