Morgan International Community School is searching for a trustworthy and experienced school administrator to join our learning institution. All suitable applicants should have the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and not lose their nerve under pressure.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration and or other related course (relevant licences and certifications are an added advantage).
  • Extensive school administration experience is required.
  • Computer literacy: knowledge of, and practical experience with the use of computer and software applications will be an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional,
  • Good human relations

  • Responsibilities:

  • Ability to draft school policies and handbooks;
  • To liaise with regulatory agencies and examination bodies;
  • Understanding and reviewing ways that schools departments functions;
  • Conducting research on professional development and online workshops for staff, including teachers and ancillaries;
  • Attending meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team-building sessions;
  • To liaise with Accounts and |Finance department to ensure efficient use of the school’s resources;
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including but not limited to parents, teachers, and students etc.;
  • Assisting with the recruitment, training, and incoming teachers;
